This policy explains withdrawal and refunds for HookPattern's paid subscription (HookPattern Pro) under applicable Korean e-commerce consumer-protection law.
1. Payment and refund processor
Polar Software Inc. (Polar) processes subscription payments and refunds as Merchant of Record. We review refund requests and coordinate processing through the payment provider.
2. Withdrawal
- You may request withdrawal within 7 days of payment.
- Because HookPattern Pro is a digital service, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited once paid features, including AI analysis or generation, have been used.
- If no paid feature has been used, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel the next renewal at any time from Manage subscription on the Account page. Cancellation prevents the next charge and paid access continues through the end of the current paid period. Unless a refund rule above applies, the subscription ends after that period without a separate prorated refund.
4. Refund method and timing

- Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
- After the reason is confirmed, processing usually takes several business days. The card issuer or payment method may need additional time to post it.
5. Service fault
If a defect or a cause attributable to us prevented normal use, you may request a refund for the affected period and we will review it.
